Archimedic has appointed Aaron Pavkov as Chief Innovation Officer. In this role, he will help lead the company’s work in transforming novel technologies into market-ready products that address unmet medical needs. Pavkov joins Chief Executive Officer M. Alexander Shaw on Archimedic’s executive team as the company continues to expand its design, regulatory, and go-to-market capabilities for medical device innovators.
Pavkov brings product development experience that spans concept creation through commercial launch across physical and digital products. Before joining Archimedic, he served as Director of Product at Medical Guardian. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Bresslergroup, now Delve, and at 4moms, where he helped bring award-winning consumer and healthcare-related products to market.
Why this matters: This appointment signals that Archimedic is strengthening its innovation leadership at a time when medtech companies need more than technical development support. Bringing in an executive with experience across design, engineering, and commercialization suggests the firm is positioning itself to help clients move faster from early concept to viable market entry in an increasingly competitive product environment.
