Adi Marom Appointed CCO at Prove

Prove has appointed Adi Marom as Chief Customer Officer. In this role, she will lead global customer success and experience as the company scales its digital identity platform, which supports more than 2.5 billion verifiable identities worldwide. The appointment was announced on March 17, 2026, as Prove continues expanding adoption of its identity infrastructure across a growing enterprise customer base.

Marom brings more than two decades of experience across customer success, strategic account management, and operational strategy in identity, fraud prevention, and financial crime technology. Prior to joining Prove, she held leadership roles at Socure, NICE Actimize, and Amdocs, where she built and scaled customer organizations serving global financial institutions and technology providers. Her background centers on translating complex identity and risk platforms into durable customer relationships and long-term operational value.

Why this matters: For digital identity companies, customer success is tightly connected to platform adoption, trust, and long-term expansion, especially as identity becomes core infrastructure for fraud prevention and digital commerce. Bringing in a leader with deep experience across identity and financial crime technology suggests Prove is positioning customer experience as a strategic growth lever as the market shifts toward broader, more embedded identity orchestration.
