Brian Ezzell Appointed SVP and CFO at Flowserve Corporation

Flowserve Corporation has appointed Brian Ezzell as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2026. He succeeds Amy Schwetz, who will remain in her role through September 30 to support the transition. Ezzell will help advance Flowserve’s financial strategy, margin expansion efforts and long-term growth priorities while strengthening financial discipline across the organization.

Ezzell has served as Flowserve’s Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasurer and Investor Relations since October 2024. Before joining Flowserve, he spent four years at Kimberly-Clark Corporation as Vice President of Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis, with finance responsibility for its $14 billion global supply chain. Earlier, he held several senior finance roles at Fossil Group, including Vice President of Global Financial Planning & Analysis, Americas Region CFO and Investor Relations. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Why this matters: Promoting Ezzell from within provides continuity as Flowserve advances its margin expansion and long-term financial objectives. His experience overseeing financial planning across global supply chains at Kimberly-Clark, combined with his knowledge of Flowserve’s operations and investor relationships, could help the company strengthen execution and capital discipline across its industrial businesses.
