F5 has appointed Cathy Peterman as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer. In this role, she will lead the company’s global people strategy, including talent development, organizational design, and culture. She joins F5’s executive leadership team as the company continues to evolve its position in AI and cybersecurity.
Peterman brings 20 years of experience scaling complex technology organizations and guiding enterprise transformation. She joins F5 from Wayfair, where she served as Chief People Officer for the company’s technology organization and supported AI transformation and talent development across the global workforce. Prior to Wayfair, she spent six years at Amazon, where she led talent strategy across Amazon Advertising, Amazon Devices, Prime Video & Studios, and Physical Stores.
