PagerDuty has appointed Eric Prengel as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he will oversee the company's Finance and Business Operations organization, including finance and accounting, global business operations, corporate strategy, corporate development, and investor relations, helping advance PagerDuty's next phase of growth as a leader in AI-first operations management.
Prengel brings more than two decades of leadership experience across technology, investment banking, and management consulting. He joins PagerDuty from Elastic, where he served as Global Vice President of Finance and previously as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Earlier in his career, he held senior investment banking roles at JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank, worked at Thomas Weisel Partners, and began his career as a management consultant at Stern Stewart & Co.
