Tagliere brings more than 30 years of experience leading large-scale technology organizations and enterprise transformation. He most recently served as Chief Technology Officer at Humana, where he led technology operations and supported the company’s cloud and technology modernization strategy. Previously, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Marriott International, overseeing digital engineering and enterprise transformation across Marriott’s global hotel portfolio, including the technology integration of Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
