Ag Growth International has appointed Haaris Uddin, CPA, MBA, as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 4, 2026. In this role, he will oversee financial operations, reporting, and governance while supporting the company’s strategic priorities. He will join AGI’s executive team and report to President and Chief Executive Officer Paul Brisebois.
Uddin brings public-company, capital markets, and international operating experience to AGI. Since 2022, he has served as Chief Financial Officer of Medicure Inc., a TSX- and NASDAQ-listed company operating in Canada and the United States. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Waverley Pharma Inc., a TSX Venture Exchange-listed company with operations in Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union, and began his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young.
