Quantum Corporation has appointed Hiral A. Patel as Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Accounting Officer, effective September 1, 2026. Patel will lead the company’s global accounting organization, including financial reporting, revenue recognition, internal controls and tax-related functions. Her mandate includes strengthening Quantum’s financial infrastructure and supporting operational execution as the company pursues continued growth and profitability.
Patel joins Quantum from Pep Boys, where she served as Chief Accounting Officer and led financial reporting, tax strategy and accounting activities supporting the company’s divestiture. Previously, she was Vice President and Controller at IKEA Retail, where she led finance transformation, ERP implementation and market expansion initiatives. Earlier, she held senior accounting leadership roles at Verifone Systems and spent nearly nine years at Ernst & Young, most recently as Assurance Senior Manager.
