Neat has appointed Javed Khan as Chief Executive Officer. In the role, he will support the company’s continued expansion, drawing on his experience across product development, enterprise platforms, and operational leadership. The appointment signals Neat’s intent to deepen its investments in AI as it enters its next phase of global growth.
Khan joins Neat from Aptiv, where he served as Executive Vice President of Intelligent Systems and worked on edge computing solutions across sectors including automotive, robotics, and aerospace. Prior to Aptiv, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Cisco Collaboration, where he led the turnaround and modernization of the Cisco Webex portfolio across videoconferencing, video devices, and contact center systems. Earlier in his career, he also held leadership roles at Symantec.
Why this matters: Neat operates in a market where video collaboration is increasingly shaped by AI, edge computing, and platform integration rather than hardware alone. Bringing in a leader with experience across intelligent systems and collaboration platforms suggests the company is positioning itself for a more ambitious expansion strategy built around AI-led product innovation and enterprise scale.
