Why this matters: Hilton is increasingly using technology as a core part of its guest experience and operating model, including AI-powered trip planning and a modernized technology platform for personalized digital services. Bringing in an executive who has scaled engineering organizations at Uber and Amazon signals a stronger emphasis on platform development, AI and product-led innovation. Moore’s consumer technology background could help Hilton accelerate the connection between digital experiences, hotel operations and guest personalization at global scale.
