Owens Corning has appointed Jonathan Collins as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective August 10, 2026. In this role, he will lead the company’s global finance organization and help drive enterprise initiatives that support growth, strategic execution, and long-term value creation. He succeeds Todd Fister, who will move into the role of President and Chief Operating Officer.
Collins joins Owens Corning from Clarivate, where he served as Chief Financial Officer since 2021. At Clarivate, he led capital deployment efforts, supported the integration of generative AI into the company’s solutions, and helped expand free cash flow. Prior to Clarivate, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Dana Incorporated, where he led finance, information technology, corporate strategy, business development, digital solutions, and aftermarket businesses, and earlier held finance leadership roles at ProQuest.
