KnowBe4 has appointed Kelly Morgan as Chief Customer Officer. In this role, he will lead the organization’s global customer lifecycle strategy, overseeing Customer Success, Customer Support, Managed Services, and Professional Services as the company continues expanding its human and agentic AI risk management platform. The appointment was announced on February 12, 2026.
Morgan brings more than 20 years of executive experience leading global customer success and post-sale organizations. Most recently, he served as Chief Customer Officer at Docusign. Before that, he held the dual role of Chief Customer Officer and General Manager at Sykes, and he also founded Seven TwoSeven, a boutique consultancy advising SaaS and technology companies.
