Lee is not new to NiCE. Over the last four years, he has served as Vice President, Global Head of Digital Sales and Strategy, where he led global digital initiatives and helped shape how the company delivers AI-first customer experience solutions. Before joining NiCE, he held Vice President of Strategic Accounts roles at ASAPP and LivePerson, bringing experience across enterprise sales, strategy, and customer-facing technology engagement.
