Wipfli has appointed Kristy Britt as Chief Financial Officer and Partner. In her new role, Britt will help lead the firm's internal finance organization, with a focus on financial strategy, operational efficiency and supporting continued growth and innovation. She will work closely with Wipfli's leadership team to align financial priorities with the firm's long-term objectives.
Britt brings more than 20 years of experience in financial leadership, strategic planning and business transformation. Before joining Wipfli, she served as Chief Financial Officer at Osaic, where she oversaw financial strategy, reporting and capital management for one of the nation's largest wealth management platforms. Prior to Osaic, Britt spent more than two decades at Thomson Reuters in financial leadership and strategic planning roles, most recently serving as Head of Finance for its Operations and Technology organization. Her experience also includes leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and aligning finance functions with broader business strategy.
