PubMatic has appointed Megan Ramm as Global Chief Revenue Officer. Based in New York, she will lead the company’s global revenue strategy and execution across publisher and buyer teams in the Americas, EMEA and APAC. Her mandate includes expanding PubMatic’s position across performance advertising, connected TV, mobile app and agentic advertising while deepening relationships with brands, agencies, DSPs and publishers.
Ramm joins PubMatic from Uber Advertising, where she served as Head of Global Sales and led its multi-billion-dollar sales organization, building relationships with major brands and agencies. Previously, she was an early sales leader at Snap and spent six years at Google working across search and programmatic sales. She began her media career at Forbes and Reuters.
Why this matters: Ramm’s appointment consolidates PubMatic’s global commercial leadership as the company expands beyond its publisher roots and deepens relationships with advertisers and agencies. Her experience across Uber Advertising, Snap and Google gives PubMatic a revenue leader with direct exposure to major advertising platforms at a time when AI, connected TV and emerging agentic advertising models are reshaping how digital media is bought and sold.
