Doubtless has promoted Munir Hafez to Global Chief Information and Technology Officer. In his expanded role, he will lead technology, data, and innovation across more than 20 businesses in North America and Europe. His mandate will focus on using technology to drive transformation and improve experiences for pet parents, partners and employees across the organization.
Hafez previously served as Chief Technology Officer at Independence Pet Holdings, now part of Doubtless, after joining the organization in 2025. Before that, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at TransUnion and Chief Information Officer at Luminar Technologies. Earlier, he held technology leadership roles at Aptiv and senior positions with EY, Deloitte and PwC, having begun his career at Siemens.
