Hexagon AB has appointed Renée Rädler as Chief People Officer. In this role, she will lead the company’s global people strategy, strengthening culture, leadership, and organizational capability across the enterprise. The role is newly created, and Rädler joined Hexagon’s Executive Management Team effective 1 April 2026.
Rädler has worked within Hexagon since 2017, most recently as Executive Vice President, Global HR in Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence business area. In that role, she led HR business strategies tied to profitable growth, succession planning, employer branding, and stronger HR governance and processes. Prior to Hexagon, she held HR Director roles at dormakaba and SwissBenelux.
Why this matters: Appointing a first Chief People Officer suggests Hexagon is formalizing people leadership as a strategic function tied to its operating model and growth agenda. Elevating a long-time internal HR leader with both group and external experience also signals continuity, with an emphasis on governance, accountability, and organizational capability at scale.
