Capacity has appointed Shatabdi Sharma as Chief Information Officer. In this role, she will lead the company’s global technology strategy and oversee engineering teams across the United States and India. The appointment positions Sharma to shape the technology foundation behind Capacity’s next phase of operational growth.
Sharma joins Capacity with more than two decades of experience in enterprise technology and transformation. She most recently served as the brand technology leader for PVH Corp’s Calvin Klein business, and earlier held technology leadership roles at Hitachi Consulting, Canon, Wegmans, and The Home Depot. Her background spans large-scale e-commerce transformation, delivery, and complex enterprise systems.
Why this matters: Capacity’s decision to bring in a technology leader with experience across retail, consumer brands, and global supply chain environments signals a stronger push to align technology more closely with execution. For logistics and fulfillment businesses, technology leadership is increasingly central to scale, service quality, and operational resilience.
