Gopalakrishnan brings more than 28 years of experience across global delivery, transformation, and customer-centric operations. Before joining QBurst, he served as President and Head of Technology Services Delivery at Mindsprint, where he helped lead the company’s evolution from a captive unit into a full-scale IT services business. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Atos and Cognizant, building experience across manufacturing, logistics, energy, and utilities.
