KnowBe4 has appointed Yuneeb Khan as Chief Financial Officer. In the role, he will partner with the leadership team to strengthen financial strategy, scale operations, and support the company’s continued push in human and agentic AI risk management. Khan succeeds Bob Reich, who announced his retirement and will remain an advisor through the first quarter of 2026.
Khan brings more than 30 years of global finance and operational leadership experience across public and private companies. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Trellix, where he led the finance organization through a period of integration and growth. Earlier, he was Chief Financial and Operational Officer at Quotient Technologies, and before that spent two decades in senior finance and operating roles at Nielsen and General Electric.
