Arby's has appointed Jenna Bromberg as Chief Marketing Officer, effective November 2, 2026. She will lead the brand's marketing organization with a focus on accelerating profitable growth through innovation and value. Her mandate also includes expanding guest engagement and strengthening Arby's through culinary storytelling and personalized digital experiences.
Bromberg most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer at Papa Johns, where she led marketing, product and commercial strategy for the North American business. Before Papa Johns, she held senior marketing leadership roles at Carter's, where she oversaw brand marketing, creative, retail marketing and media. Earlier in her career, she spent more than five years with Yum! Brands at Pizza Hut and also held senior marketing responsibilities at Hilton. Her experience spans brand strategy, digital marketing, loyalty, consumer insights and product innovation.
Why this matters: Arby's is bringing in a marketer with direct QSR experience at both Papa Johns and Pizza Hut as it looks to connect brand building more closely with commercial growth. Bromberg's background across menu innovation, digital experiences and loyalty aligns with Arby's focus on driving profitability while deepening customer engagement. Her appointment signals a push to combine the brand's distinctive identity with more personalized and digitally driven marketing.
