Intellinetics, Inc. has appointed Alison Forsythe as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective February 17, 2026. In the role, she will bring strategic clarity, operational rigor, and a disciplined focus on customer and partner value as the company enters its next phase of growth. The appointment follows the planned retirement of James DeSocio, who stepped down as President and Chief Executive Officer on February 27, 2026.
Forsythe brings more than 20 years of experience in SaaS and enterprise software leadership. Most recently, she served as Chief Executive Officer of Humanyze, an AI-powered workforce analytics company. Earlier, she was President of EverCommerce’s Security and Alarm Division, and before that held leadership roles at Exact Software, where she helped drive growth and profitability in enterprise software operations.
Why this matters: Intellinetics is at a stage where disciplined execution, clearer go-to-market focus, and stronger customer outcomes matter as much as product capability. Bringing in a CEO with experience across SaaS, enterprise software, and AI-powered platforms suggests the company is positioning for a more structured growth phase, with greater emphasis on scalable operations and sharper market execution.
