Conagra Brands has appointed Burke Raine as Chief Growth Officer. In this role, he will oversee the company’s Foodservice, International, and Research & Development organizations while leading enterprise-wide growth initiatives. His appointment is part of a broader leadership update designed to streamline Conagra’s operating structure and strengthen execution across the business.
Raine joined Conagra Brands in 2018 and has held multiple leadership positions across the company, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and President, New Platforms, Acquisitions & Growth Excellence. He previously served as President of Refrigerated and Frozen and President of Grocery and Snack Brands at Conagra. Before joining Conagra, he was Chief Marketing Officer at Hostess Brands and held senior marketing and brand leadership roles at Diamond Foods and PepsiCo’s Frito-Lay division.
Why this matters: Conagra’s appointment of Raine signals a sharper focus on connecting innovation, R&D, international growth, and foodservice expansion under one executive leader. His background across Conagra’s core business segments, along with prior marketing leadership at Hostess Brands, Diamond Foods, and Frito-Lay, gives the company a growth leader with direct experience across brand building, category strategy, and scaled food industry execution.
