ServiceNow has appointed Kaustubh Chandra as Chief Marketing Officer for India. In this role, he will lead the company’s India marketing charter, overseeing brand strategy, demand generation, and customer engagement as ServiceNow continues to expand its presence in the country. The appointment places Chandra at the center of the company’s go-to-market efforts in one of its key growth markets.
Before joining ServiceNow, Chandra served as Chief Marketing Officer at Airtel Business, where he led marketing for the company’s enterprise portfolio. He brings more than two decades of experience across enterprise technology, IT services, and telecommunications, with earlier leadership experience spanning IBM and NTT. His background combines brand building, go-to-market strategy, and revenue-focused marketing across complex B2B environments.
Why this matters: Bringing in a marketing leader from Airtel Business signals that ServiceNow is strengthening its enterprise go-to-market muscle in India, not just its brand presence. In a market where enterprise technology adoption is accelerating, marketing leadership that can connect brand, demand generation, and customer engagement becomes a strategic advantage.
