Kulicke & Soffa has appointed Dr. Raj Talluri as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2026. He has also been elected to the company’s Board of Directors. Talluri will lead K&S as it builds on its portfolio of semiconductor interconnect solutions and technical capabilities while pursuing new opportunities for growth.
Talluri joins Kulicke & Soffa from Enovix Corporation, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. Before Enovix, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Mobile Business Unit at Micron Technology. He previously spent nine years at Qualcomm in senior executive roles, including leading its Internet of Things business, after beginning his career at Texas Instruments, where he spent 16 years across engineering and business leadership positions.
Why this matters: Talluri brings leadership experience spanning semiconductors, mobile technology, IoT and advanced battery systems at a time when Kulicke & Soffa is positioning its interconnect technologies across compute, automotive, memory and communications markets. His background at Enovix, Micron, Qualcomm and Texas Instruments gives K&S a CEO with both technical depth and experience managing complex technology businesses as semiconductor packaging and interconnect requirements become increasingly important
