Microland Limited has appointed Sam Mathew as Chief Executive Officer. In this role, he will lead the company’s global business and strategic growth initiatives, with a focus on expanding its AI-first, platform-led services, strengthening strategic client relationships, and accelerating innovation-led growth. The appointment marks a leadership transition as Microland sharpens its position in technology infrastructure services.
Mathew is a long-time technology services leader with more than three decades of industry experience. Before becoming Chief Executive Officer, he served as President of Microland, where he led key global markets and strategic initiatives over the past 18 months. Prior to joining Microland, he held senior leadership roles at Wipro Technologies and DXC Technology, building deep expertise in enterprise transformation, infrastructure services, and high-performance global teams.
Why this matters: Elevating an internal president to the CEO role signals continuity with a clear strategic direction rather than a reset. For Microland, this suggests a deliberate push to scale its AI-first and platform-led services under a leader already closely tied to its customer relationships, delivery agenda, and innovation priorities.
