K2 Partnering Solutions has appointed Srinivas Rao as Chief Executive Officer. He steps into the role to position K2 at the forefront of digital transformation services globally, with responsibility for leading the company’s strategy and execution across enterprise platforms, applications, AI, and cloud. Rao brings more than 28 years of international leadership experience across digital, consulting, IT services, and business services. Most recently, he served as Chief Business Officer and a member of the Executive Council at LTIMindtree, where he was responsible for business growth and strategic accounts. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President and Global Head of Digital Engineering Services at Sutherland, General Manager for Europe at Conduent, Chief Executive Officer for Switzerland at Capgemini, and more than 16 years in leadership positions at Infosys.
