Epicor has appointed Vaibhav Vohra as Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2026. He succeeds Steve Murphy, who will step down at the end of the company’s fiscal year and continue serving on Epicor’s Board of Directors. Vohra has played a central role in advancing Epicor’s cloud, AI and data supply chain strategy, and will lead the company into its next phase of growth and enterprise software transformation.
Vohra joined Epicor in 2021 as Chief Product Officer and later became Chief Product and Technology Officer before being named President in 2024. Prior to Epicor, he served as a product leader at Gecko Robotics and held executive product roles at SAP, including responsibility for enterprise software and SaaS transformation initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Bossa Nova Robotics and worked in engineering positions at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems and Raytheon.
Why this matters: Elevating Vohra from within signals continuity around Epicor’s cloud and AI strategy as the company moves beyond $1 billion in annual recurring revenue. His combination of enterprise software experience at SAP and robotics and AI experience at Gecko Robotics positions Epicor to deepen its push toward AI-powered, industry-specific ERP while preserving momentum from its cloud-first transformation.
